I got my watches in two parcels. Second parcel arrived one day after the first one. The packaging was poor. So, some of the watch cases arrived damaged. Other than packaging, support was brilliant, all my questions were answered and information on the items which were missing in the first parcel, were given immediately and correctly. The watches are fine, except a single one with a missaligned skull on the dial. The clip at the bracelet is sharp and thin, but does it’s job.
