Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day of return and refund policy. You can return your purchased product within 7 days of delivery to get a full refund – applicable shipping fees (the return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer) or 5$ restocking fee (whichever is highest).
You can exchange your order within 7 days of purchase. Fill out the form given on this page to initiate a return and exchange request. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer.
If the item is received defective and you are reaching out to us within 24 hours of delivery, we will cover the return shipping cost and will send you the replacement of the item. So, please check the item as soon as you receive it.
You will not receive a refund or return, if (not limited to):
- The product you return is damaged due to the customer’s negligence.
- The product return period is over.
- The product was purchased from a third-party website like Amazon etc.
- The purchased product is within customs. As Customer is responsible for any customs duty.
- The purchased product has arrived at the nearest post office/courier service and the customer didn’t claim it.
- The customer refused to accept delivery after the item has arrived in their country.
- The customer provided the wrong shipping info (wrong address & incorrect phone number) while ordering.
